Good communication starts with one empathetic question: "Can I see this from their perspective?"
These six questions will help you understand your audience and communicate in a way that actually connects 👇
1: Do you see me?
Before you can offer a solution to your audience, you have to understand the problem they're living with.
2. What are you?
Clear communication establishes what you are, what you offer, and what makes you different.
3. Do I like you?
You've earned their attention. Now they need to see themselves in your story, approach, and solution.
4. Do I trust you?
Give your audience reasons to believe. Trust turns interest into action.
5. Where do I start?
Don't make your audience figure out the next step on their own. Make the path clear.
6. Is it working?
They took the next step. Now your communication should reinforce the promise you made.
It all comes back to empathy.
Before your next email, post, or campaign, ask, "how can I show more empathy to the people I'm trying to reach?"
