We are looking to add a part-time Rescue Technician to our growing team. Full-time hours may also be available for the right candidate.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly the first time, enjoys solving problems, and gains satisfaction from bringing broken electronics back to life.

Who We're Looking For:
* Previous electronics repair or modding experience is strongly preferred, but not required if you are otherwise a good fit.
* Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of accurately documenting repairs, tracking parts, maintaining inventory, and managing multiple tasks effectively.
* Must be comfortable following detailed procedures, maintaining accurate records, and performing work consistently to established standards.
* Understands that customers are trusting us with items that are valuable to them. Takes pride in doing things correctly the first time and treating every repair with the care and professionalism it deserves.
* Familiarity with video game hardware and common gaming platforms.
* Willingness to learn specific procedures and execute them as instructed.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
* Basic computer skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed.
* Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
What You'll Do:
* Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronics such as video game consoles, controllers, and other related accessories.
* Communicate with customers regarding repair updates, estimates, and recommended next steps.
* Help our sales staff evaluate and test customer trade-ins.
* Clean and refurbish pre-owned products to prepare them for sale.
* Maintain repair records, parts inventory, and other documentation as required.
* Other related duties as assigned.
