We have enjoyed working alongside Midwest Elevator Company Inc. to transform an existing facility into a fully integrated office and operations environment that has become the new home for their St. Louis team.
The design was centered around connectivity, providing each team with its own dedicated workspace, identity, and operational functionality while encouraging collaboration across the organization. Adjacent team neighborhoods are organized around a central meeting hub and amenity space, allowing teams to stay connected, collaborate naturally, and maintain the focus they need to do their best work.
As this project progressed, we began the design of their Kansas City facility, which is currently under construction. We look forward to celebrating the completion of this next project and their continued success at the new facilities.
