Aspire Consulting is excited to announce the inaugural St. Louis Oracle Cloud User Conference. The conference is centered around Oracle Cloud solutions. Oracle and Aspire Consulting will demonstrate Oracle Cloud capabilities and present topics related to applications, infrastructure and database solutions.

The conference will be held at the historic Missouri Athletic Club in downtown St.Louis, MO on Friday, July 14th from 8 AM to 1 PM. Drinks and food will be served.

Aspire Consulting is proud to co-present with a loyal customer at the Ohio Regional User Group for PeopleSoft and Cloud - https://www.ohiorug.org. Our presentation will focus on Position Request Automation for contingent workers using Guided Manager Self-Service within a PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM platform. These features helped streamline the contingent staff management process through an enhanced user experience and by implementing business approvals.

We will present technical detail how we extended one delivered GSS transaction making use GSS and Activity guide configuration as well as application packages and event mapping to extend the functionality and limiting customizations.

Guided Self-Service is a highly configurable solution that has built-in approvals & workflows. This presentation will showcase how the customer leveraged the delivered GSS functionality to facilitate the contractor hiring process through a Fluid user interface.

The presentation will take place on May 19th at 3 PM ET.

As part of our spotlight session, we will provide a live demonstration of PeopleSoft’s ePerformance module. PeopleSoft ePerformance allows employees, managers, and HR administrators the ability to collaborate, communicate, assess, and monitor evaluations for two purposes: performance and development. The demo will highlight the annual review cycle focusing on the employee and manager experiences. The demo focuses on the following:

On Wednesday, 7/17, at 8 AM CST in the Vienna Room, Aspire Consulting will provide a system overview of the PeopleSoft Contracts Management module with a focus on supplier contracts. Within our demo we will showcase client contract entry and review, Workflow and the the ability to search content. We will also discuss the conversion of contracts into PeopleSoft and supplier contracts entry. Robust reporting is integral to the overall solution so revenue to forecast, delivered reports and dashboards will be highlighted.
