Third-Party Certification Assessments May Be Temporarily Paused, But Compliance is NOT.

• The NIST 800-171 and FedRamp requirements are still the same.
• That means you are contractually required to meet all 110 NIST 800-171 controls, 320 objectives.
• False Claims Risk is clear and present.
• You still must meet requirements in responding to solicitations and when submitting bills for payment, which is self assessing in substance. To do anything otherwise creates a risk of false claims.
• And by the way, DoW (DIBCAC) still has a right to assess you at any time.
