Family History!
This is a picture on the wall at work. The man presenting the trophy is Frank P. Furlong (Great Grandfaughther). Always wondered what the presentaion was. So thanks to Chat GPT.
I now know.

"Based on the information available, the St. Louis Cardinals catcher between 1909 and 1912 who received a trophy presentation was Roger Bresnahan.
In 1909, Bresnahan, who was a prominent catcher for the New York Giants, was recruited to be a player-manager for the St. Louis Cardinals. He was given a presentational trophy, described as a "Loving Cup", at the Cardinals' home opener at Robison Field in appreciation of his arrival.
At that time, the Cardinals organization hoped that Bresnahan's arrival would improve the team's performance and increase attendance, which was a success as attendance numbers significantly increased in his first season. Bresnahan also managed the team during this period."
