Big News! We are excited to announce that as of March 2, 2022 we are rebranding with a new name, and new logo that is a part of our ongoing evolution. After months of consideration and careful deliberation we chose a new name and logo that reflects our unique journey.
Nehlos (nee - los)
The name Nehlos, is derived from the Latin meaning Ex Nihilo "from or out of nothing". When our CEO Romeo Gardner was leaving Microsoft in 2018 he had high hopes as he was in the final leg of securing a contract with a top Cybersecurity company to provide services and create more opportunities for minorities and those looking to break into the IT field. With his last day completed he headed to the airport and received a call from the company he was going to work with "Mr. Gardner, unfortunately our contract with the customer has pulled out of negotiations and your services are no longer needed. I'm sorry to give you that news one week out". And with that call he had left a job to pursue an entrepreneur opportunity and ended up with nothing. It is "from or out of nothing" that we've built the firm to what it is today!
Nehlos embodies the spirit of those who may have had to start over, had a set back and needed to reset, or wanted a career change, and the truth that sometimes in our lives we feel as though we may not be where we want to be. Trust that you are exactly where you need to be.
Cybersecurity is what we do.
Empathy, Giving back, Building a community and Helping one another is who we are.
Our task over the next month will be updating our collateral and correspondence with our new name and logo. We understand that this a gradual process that can take many steps.
