Say “Hi” to your grandchild more often — it could keep the ravages of aging at bay!
A new study by the American Psychological Association suggests that grandparenting could be a silver bullet to prevent cognitive decline.
The data was taken from an ongoing longitudinal study in the Netherlands involving nearly 3,000 grandparents, and showed that grandparents who provided more frequent childcare performed far better on memory and verbal tests.
