We focus on delivering very high quality Internet as an amenity to Multi-Dwelling housing. We typically build fiber to the property and then install a high quality on premise network, either wired or WiFi or both depending on the building owners needs and desires. We work through the pros and cons of all of the options. And then what we install is a win-win in that the property owner makes margin

and is able to offer an hands off amenity at less than tenants can get it themselves, property owners earn 50% on any speed upgrades selected by tenants. The tenants benefit by getting a great service that is cheaper than the alternatives. Of course our benefit is that we get to a density of customers where we can have it make sense. Typically we need larger buildings with high density for the numbers to work, but we can sometimes use these as anchor tenants to serve some nearby smaller buildings.
