To all of our valued customers and colleagues:
While we are all saturated with updates regarding the Covid-19, we feel that frequent and relevant communication is in everyone’s best interest at this time. We are strictly adhering to the recommendations of the CDC and WHO while continuing operations with as much normalcy as possible. As events have unfolded this week, we feel it prudent to keep you abreast and informed of our operations.
Yesterday, Governor Wolf posted an extensive list of businesses that were allowed to maintain operations. As our business operations are clearly defined within the industry that is allowed to continue, we will maintain our operations with added precautions that have been put in place to protect the health and well being of our employees and business associates. At this point, field crews are continuing to deploy. All employees that can work from home are working from home as we are adhering to the protocols of social distancing. Key personnel that can only perform their functions in the office are also continuing their duties. Our offices remain closed to visitors but we are receiving material orders and other necessary vendors such as cleaning staff, garbage disposal, etc.
We greatly appreciate your patience during these events as we work through obstacles that continue to arise. Email or phone communication should be primary methods of communication at this time. Again, thank you all for your patience and understanding.
We have also taken these steps to implement the following policies for the next 60 days:
No Disconnects or Late Fees: We will not disconnect a customer's internet or assess late fees if they contact us and let us know they can’t pay their bills during this period. We will offer flexible payment options.
No Data Caps: We never have data caps, so there are never charges for overages to your data usage.
24x7 Network Monitoring: Our technology and engineering teams will continue to make sure your internet works the way it should. Our network operations centers operate 24x7 to ensure network performance and reliability and are actively monitoring the network.
24x7 Support: Our support call center will be responding to calls and emails 24 hours per day to make sure you are connected and working.
Truck rolls to individual apartments and residents will be handled on a case by case basis. We do ask that in the event that we have to dispatch a technician to your residence that you help maintain social and physical distancing. If a technician doesn’t feel comfortable entering a residence we will leave that to their own discretion until further notice.
We wish you all good health and well-being. Please feel free to contact should you have any questions regarding this announcement.
Thank you,
