Another busy year at Watersong Computers! After 20 successful years in business, it's time for a new approach to better serve our clients.

Starting in the new year, any business with 3 or more devices will need to purchase a support contract. This change will allow me to dedicate every Monday exclusively to contract clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

The annual support contract is priced at $1,000/yr, plus the hourly rate of $150 for services rendered during regular business hours.

1-2 device businesses and home users: appointments are required and will be more limited moving forward, with priority given to existing clients and referrals.

SCAM of the day, don't fall for it!!!! ......

You will receive a exploratory email from someone you know but it won't really be from them and it will say something like:

Sorry to bother you, do you order from Amazon?

If you respond you will get to the heart of the scam:

So happy i got your response, I am sorry for bothering you with this mail, but i got no choice, I've been trying to purchase a $200 Amazon E-gift card by email from Amazon, but it says they are having issues charging my card. I contacted my bank and they told me it would take a couple of days to get it sorted. I intend to buy it for a friend of mine who's having her birthday today, unfortunately she is down with cancer of the liver and I'd promised to get the card for her today, can you purchase it from your end for me? I'll reimburse you once my bank sorts the issue out.. Let me know so I can send you her email address.

What a crazy year huh? PSA for any and all Mac users ...... Never perform system updates unless you have a current time machine backup. I've seen drives fail during the process and data recovery fees over $2,000. Have a happy and healthy New Year!!!!

This is a scam callers message claiming to be from Anthem Blue Cross, a quick google search of the phone number will show its a scam:

Hello this is anthem calling for _____________. We need some information from you to make sure you are connected to the right resources. So please call us back at 1-833-636-0996. Again the number is 1-833-636-0996. Thank you and have a good evening. Goodbye.
