JOB DESCRIPTION

The Government Sales Lead will take charge of all Infomatics sales efforts with federal and state government agencies. The right candidate will:

- Identify and track contract opportunities with potential federal and corporate clients

- Build and advance relationships with federal agencies in order to understand and support their technology needs

- Develop and oversee bid strategies and proposal approaches

- Write and oversee response proposals for federal RFPs, RFQs and RFIs

- Engage with Infomatics resources to bring technical expertise and capabilities to commercial and federal clients

- Actively meet with other businesses and software vendors to develop successful teaming partnerships

- Stay abreast of the software and information technology industry as well as emerging and prominent solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green-Card holder

- Must have a bachelor’s degree

- A minimum of 5 years consulting experience with federal clients, particularly in the healthcare and health sciences sectors

- Proven leadership experience with federal business development activities

- Experience with end-to-end capture processes, proposal processes, and delivery lifecycle management

- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and procedures

Job Summary:
The key focus for a Recruiter is to execute sourcing strategies and plans with a focus on passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost-effective and timely filling of roles.
You will work closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders to recommend and develop a sourcing strategy.
Based on your experience, you will recommend enhancements to ensure recruitment strategy effectiveness and will initiate and drive best practice sourcing strategies

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for identifying talent that meets specific customer requirements.
- Calling candidates in the US and discussing job openings. Build a strong working relationship with internal stakeholders.
- Understanding & analyzing the requirement of the position based on clients’ specifications
Involved in sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases, and professional networking.
- Utilize an internal database to identify potential candidates and also Post jobs on the portals to increase the pool of candidates
- Utilize a variety of recruiting strategies to focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates.
- Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before.
- Select and qualify candidates based upon skill, culture, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral-based Approach and screening criteria.
- Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions.
- Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the clients.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or any Graduation/post-graduation.
- Ability to learn and adapt to working on newer skills and requirements demands.
- Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Must have a strong understanding of US Visa (C2C/W2)
- Must have hands-on experience using Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other search engines
- ATS Knowledge desirable
- Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency.
- Availability to work before/after typical office hours as work may necessitate.
- A strong work ethic and a sense of commitment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
