Strongbridge is excited to announce that we have been awarded a contract to provide Development and Operations (DevOps) IT support services, to the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) within the Department of Transportation. The contract focuses on the operation and maintenance and development of several critical systems and applications. Strongbridge along with our teaming partners, TTC and Accenture will ensure these systems and applications are secure, reliable and resilient using DevSecOps and cloud security principles while using the latest best practices, standards and, guidance throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for on-premises hosted and cloud-based applications. We are proud to support FRA in their mission to enable the safe, reliable and efficient movement of people and goods for a strong America!

Strongbridge is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a contract to provide Help Desk and Training Support, Technical Assessment, and Documentation Support services, to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) within the Department of Transportation. This contract centers around the consolidation of application support and user training, along with the implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies, to maximize the effectiveness of FTA’s extensive and recently modernized suite of custom applications. Strongbridge and its teaming partner, Accenture, will support an integrated team across support contract line items that account for and support FTA’s IT service offerings, capabilities, and security posture. The customer support help desk will serve approximately 10,000 users across 11 time zones and provide active support from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday from the Strongbridge Headquarters facility in Sterling, Virginia

In past years, our employees have participated in food and toy drives and various other in-person donation campaigns. This year has been a struggle for many families and the need is greater than ever before, so Strongbridge is matching monetary donations made by our employees to charities of their choice. Organizations benefiting from our matching program this holiday season include Mobile Hope of Loudoun County, the Salvation Army, the American Diabetes Association, Boys and Girls Clubs, No Kid Hungry, Feeding America, the March of Dimes, My Brother’s Table, Settle the Debt, Bethany House of NoVA, PWC Animal Shelter, the Humane Rescue Alliance, Martha’s Table and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Strongbridge LLC was recently selected by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide services to the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) through a Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA). These services include Program Management Support, IT Operations Support, Modernization and Enhancement (M&E) Support, Maintenance Support for Applications and Transition Support to ensure continuity of services. Strongbridge employees have served HUD for 15 years and this new contract award provides the opportunity to expand that support into new task areas. Strongbridge is proud to support critical programs that address America's housing needs, that improve and develop the Nation's communities, and enforce fair housing laws at a time when these initiatives are increasingly important.

Strongbridge LLC is proud to announce the continuation of our service to the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) with a recent award of a new task order under the Dept. of Transportation Software Engineering Support (SWES) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Our employees have been supporting FRA since 2017 and have progressed with FRA through new work patterns, technologies, computing environments, and organizational models. Strongbridge supports the Track Data System (TDS) with data dissemination and reporting, website maintenance and support, database maintenance and support, and system compliance and enhancements. The new task order was issued in September to provide business intelligence services (BIS), data mining, data analytics, data visualization, dashboard and reporting services to FRA. Strongbridge is honored to provide BIS Enterprise Implementation Support and other services to FRA in its important mission of enabling the safe, reliable and efficient movement of people and goods for a strong America, now and in the future.
