Are you stuck in the stone age when it comes to computer technology? Is using your PC or laptop more trouble then its worth at times? Just finished up giving this Dell Inspiron 15 a once over and the goodie package!!! It came in as a glorified paper weight! The customer recieved it as a gift but didn't have the User password to log in and unfortunately the BIOS was password locked as well! Luckily for it's owner it was still under warranty and we let Dell do the dirty work for free and now it's is back in action with Windows 8.1, updates and all the bells and whistles!!!

Just finished Doctoring up a very sick Toshiba Satellite!! The dust bunny attack was just the tip of the iceberg with this one!!! It had a bunch of malware and quite a few viruses which eventually brought it to screeching halt. It wouldn't even boot anymore!!! The infamous BLUE SCREEN!!!! After retrieving the personal data and a clean install of the Operating System (And some Busy Izzy goodies of course) She is very happy once again!!!! She is all packed up to return to her owner!!
