We are currently looking to hire a reliable, knowledgeable part-time book keeper. 16 hours per week. Flexible hours. Starting pay will be $16-$22hr. We want to have a candidate that has working knowledge of QuickBooks in a professional setting with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in all general aspects of QuickBooks and book keeping. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is desirable.
Job description:
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Reconcile Bank, PayPal and Credit Card Statements
• Prepare bi-weekly payroll through ADP
• Multi state sales tax paid
• Keep accurate records and organize files
Skills/Qualifications
• Very proficient with QuickBooks
• Knowledge of accounts payable and maintaining general ledge
• Highly organized and detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of basic computer components for accounts receivables and billing

This is not an entry level position. We are looking for someone with 5 plus years’ experience and is able to manage themselves and keep busy.
