So… Cavs down 0–2. Not ideal.

If you’ve been following along, you know this has turned into a bit of an ongoing back-and-forth with our friends over at CMIT Solutions.

But if we’re going to talk about impossible comebacks, feels like a good time to remember who the only team in NBA Finals history to come back from 3-1 was.

Not all logins are created equal. User authentication is what verifies that the person trying to access an account is actually supposed to be there.

The most basic option is Single Factor Authentication, usually just a username and password. Two Factor Authentication adds another layer, like a text code or app approval. Multi Factor Authentication goes even further by combining multiple security checks, including things like biometrics or security keys.

The stronger the authentication, the harder it is for attackers to gain access to your accounts and business data.

For businesses, strong authentication is one of the simplest ways to improve cybersecurity and reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

Ever heard your internet provider talk about “uptime” or the “9’s rating”? That number tells you how reliable your connection really is.

99.9% uptime (three nines) sounds great, but it still allows up to about 8.7 hours of downtime per year. Step up to 99.99% (four nines), and that drops to under an hour. The more 9’s, the less downtime your business can expect.

Here’s the catch. If your ISP goes over that limit, you usually get service credits, not real compensation for lost productivity or revenue.

Bottom line: know what you’re paying for and what happens when things go down.
