We will be performing routine maintenance on the Strasburg water tower today between 11:00am and 1:00pm. This will only affect the customers on the strasburg water tower You may experience brief disruptions during this maintenance window. If you have any questions or concerns please call the office or submit a ticket in your online portal. We will update this post as soon as maintenance is over and service is fully restored.

We are aware of the outage affecting our Toms Brook and Strasburg water towers. We have technicians currently working on it and will update you as soon as we have more information.

**Update**
A piece of equipment has failed on the Toms Brook tower and needs to be replaced. We are hoping to have everything back up and running by lunch time.
