Boykins international is hiring for work from home customer service reps

On a day-to-day basis, Service Partners can expect to perform the following tasks when
servicing Airbnb customers:
Community Education Multi-Channel Support
• Handle inbound calls and messages from guests and hosts with issues relating to
activities such as website issues, profile issues, property issues, and more.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly platform support to the worldwide Airbnb community
and properly resolve guest and host challenges as needed by phone and/or
messaging
• Anticipate needs and offer creative solutions by adding extra love delight or kindness
when you can.
• Research and troubleshoots problems using available resources
• Escalate issues appropriately
• Respond professionally to inbound contacts, including urgent situations
• Compose thoughtful, articulate, and accurate messages

Must be available to take calls, be productive, and engage in positive interactions, effectively meeting the needs of the Customer while reinforcing trust and taking into consideration the Customer’s time and availability.

Will create Customer loyalty by serving as a brand spokesperson while demonstrating a variety of selling techniques resulting in sales of our products and services.

Will identify our Customer’s needs by asking clarifying questions to effectively promote our products and services, and articulate the features and benefits in a competitive environment through successful negotiations.

Take action to proactively learn new information, report Customer impacting concerns, think outside the box on Customer resolutions and share best practices with others.
