FedEx — Tired of Missed Deadlines and Broken Promises
FedEx, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of your service lately. Over the past few weeks, three separate shipments have failed to arrive on time — despite having scheduled delivery dates. Even worse, two of those were paid for overnight delivery and didn’t show up until nearly a week later.
These weren’t personal packages — they were time-sensitive work shipments that disrupted our business. When we pay for expedited shipping, we expect it to be honored — not delayed with vague tracking updates and no accountability.
This isn’t a one-time error. It’s a pattern of failure. I’m fed up with the lack of reliability and poor customer service.
FedEx, if you can’t deliver on your promises, stop charging for them. Your customers deserve better.
