After the Golden Egg Hunt was over and the prize had been claimed, the Spider began gathering the leftover eggs scattered around the web.

The Golden Egg had been celebrated and claimed with excitement by its lucky hunter.

Meanwhile, sitting all alone near the edge of the web was one forgotten egg... The Purple Egg.

The Spider picked it up and realized something tragic. The poor thing had never become the grand prize. In fact, it had been overlooked completely. After spending far too long out in the sun, the Purple Egg had become a little spoiled and smelled... less than wonderful.

The Spider actually felt bad for it.
“No egg deserves to be forgotten forever,” she said.

So instead of tossing it away, the Spider decided to give the Purple Egg a second chance. She tucked a prize inside, carried it off to a brand new hiding place, and left behind clues for clever hunters willing to rescue it.

🕷️ The Spider’s Clues:

1️⃣ “Begin your search where the traffic is loud and the noise never seems to end.”

2️⃣ “Many paths may distract wandering hunters, but only one way points toward the Purple Egg’s second chance.”

3️⃣ “A smart traveler may wish to grab a drink along the journey before continuing the hunt.”

4️⃣ “When you arrive near the place known as 12U, count carefully. Roughly 100 paces away is where the Purple Egg now rests.”

5️⃣ “If you still haven’t spotted it, look around at the many nearby places where hungry hunters stop to eat.”

Somewhere nearby, the forgotten Purple Egg waits once again...
hoping this time someone finally takes it home.
First hunter to find it wins the prize inside.

🕷️ BIG NEWS FROM SPIDER TECHNOLOGY GROUP 🕷️

We’re excited to officially announce something we’ve been working on behind the scenes…

🎮 Introducing “The Center” 🃏
A brand-new eSports & Trading Card Game (TCG) space that will be located right inside our building!

This won’t just be a store… it’s going to be a place for the youth of Summersville to hang out, compete, trade, and build community.

🔥 We’ve already secured TCG distribution, which means we’ll have access to some of the hottest products including:
• Pokémon
• Magic: The Gathering
• Yu-Gi-Oh!
• And more to come

Right now, the space is serving an important role as a local Election Headquarters through November, but once that wraps up…

🔨 Remodeling will begin to transform it into something truly special.

Our goal is to create a safe, fun, and competitive environment for the next generation — and we’re targeting a 2027 opening.

This is just the beginning… 👀

What an incredible journey this has been… and WOW did you all show up for it!

First and foremost — CONGRATULATIONS to our Golden Egg winner! 🏆
You followed the clues, trusted your instincts, and outsmarted the web. Well done!

🕸️ Behind the Scenes: How the Web Was Spun

This hunt didn’t just happen overnight…

For weeks, we carefully planned every step, every clue, and every twist to make sure this would be something fun, challenging, and memorable for our entire community.

🧩 20 Clues were crafted to slowly guide you in, without giving too much away
📍 Locations were chosen to keep things fair, public, and accessible
🕵️‍♂️ We intentionally added misdirection and layered hints to make you think deeper
🌐 A digital layer (Level 2) was built to reward those who stayed persistent

And yes… we watched 😄
Seeing families, teams, and individuals out searching, laughing, and working together made all of it worth it.

🥚 The Final Hiding Spot

For those wondering where the Golden Egg was hiding…

👉 It was secured inside a metal fence post in the rear portion of Memorial Park
👉 The egg was tied to a chain
👉 That chain was suspended from a custom fabricated fence post cap

It was right there in plain sight… but only if you noticed something just a little “off.”

Many of you were VERY close 👀

❤️ What This Was Really About

This wasn’t just about finding an egg.

It was about:

Getting outside
Exploring Summersville
Bringing people together
Creating something our community can look forward to

And you all made it something special.
