🚙🌴 TRADING THE SHOP FOR SOME JEEP LIFE! 🌴🚙

Creative Disorder is stepping away from the shop for a little fun this weekend!

We’re heading to Myrtle Beach for Jeep Jam! 😎

I had big plans to have Caiman’s new wrap finished and ready to show off this weekend… but apparently, running a business and finding time for your own projects are two completely different things! 😂

Am I a little disappointed? Absolutely!

But you know what? I’m also incredibly thankful. Being too busy working on customers’ projects to finish my own is a pretty good problem to have!

So Caiman will be making the trip without her new look, but that’s alright. There’s always the next event!

Looking forward to catching up with friends, checking out some awesome Jeeps, and enjoying a little downtime.

If you’re heading to Jeep Jam, give me a shout!

The wrap can wait. The memories can’t! 🐊🤘

🎨 **DESIGN THOUGHTS THURSDAY** 🎨

**Great design gets noticed. Great relationships bring people back.**

Earlier this week, one of my favorite longtime customers reached out about an upcoming project.

It got me thinking about this truck I designed for him back in 2020.

Six years ago! Hard to believe.

I still remember working on this beast. The bold colors, the graphics, the overall attitude of the truck. Definitely one of those projects that sticks with you.

But here's something I've learned over nearly 40 years in this industry…

You can create the coolest design in the world, but at the end of the day, it's the relationships you build along the way that really matter.

Customers don't always remember every little detail of a project, but they remember the experience, the conversations, and whether you genuinely cared about what you were creating for them.

And when someone reaches out years later because they want to work with you again?

That's a pretty good feeling.

**The artwork may be what brings us together, but the relationships are what keep us connected.**

Just a little Thursday thought from Creative Disorder. 😎

🎨 GOOD DESIGN KNOWS NO ZIP CODE! 🚐

Not every project we design rolls through our shop!

Here’s a recent project we had the opportunity to design for one of the wrap shops we work with out of town.

The finished product? This sharp-looking Poseidon Home Services van!

While the graphics were designed here at Creative Disorder Customs, the production and installation were handled by our fellow graphics professionals.

It’s always rewarding to see our designs come to life, even when we’re miles away!

Different shops. Same passion for great graphics! 😎

🌊 TIME TO GET A LITTLE NAUTI! 🐢⚓

Yesterday, we gave you a little glimpse beneath the surface… now it’s time for the full reveal!

Meet NAUTI VIBES! 🌊

From concept to completion, this one was designed entirely from scratch!

A mix of ocean life, hidden shipwrecks, crashing waves, and a nautical compass brings this underwater adventure to life.

Every Jeep has a personality. Sometimes it just takes a little Creative Disorder to bring it out! 😎

🌊 SOMETHING’S BEEN MAKING WAVES! 🌊

Another project wrapped up over the weekend at Creative Disorder!

We’re only giving you a little peek for now… but there’s a whole lot more lurking beneath the surface. 👀🦈

Full reveal coming soon!

DESIGN THOUGHTS THURSDAY 🎨☕

THE MOST IMPORTANT DESIGN TOOL ISN’T IN PHOTOSHOP.

After 40 years in the sign and graphics industry, I’ve learned a few things. And one of the biggest is that good design doesn’t necessarily start with opening a program.

It starts with asking questions.

What are we trying to accomplish?

Who’s going to see it?

What do we want them to notice, remember, or feel?

Sometimes a customer comes to me knowing exactly what they want. Other times, they’ve got a rough idea and need a little help figuring out how to make it work.

And sometimes, what they initially ask for isn’t necessarily what will accomplish their goal.

That’s where experience comes into play.

I’ve learned that taking a few extra minutes to understand the why behind a project can save hours of going in the wrong direction.

Don’t get me wrong, I love jumping into Photoshop and getting creative. 😂

But I’ve also learned that just because you can make something look cool doesn’t mean it’s doing its job.

Good design isn’t just about what you create.

It’s about understanding why you’re creating it in the first place.

And after all these years, I’m still learning to ask better questions. 😎

Fellow designers, what’s one lesson experience has taught you that no software ever could?

A LITTLE LASER FOCUS TODAY! 🔥😎

Switching gears at Creative Disorder!

Taking a break from vehicle wraps and graphics to knock out some custom trophy plaques for a customer out in Arkansas.

Just another reminder that creativity doesn’t always involve a vehicle! 😂

From graphic design and apparel to custom laser work, you never know what kind of project will come through the shop next.

A little Creative Disorder goes a long way… apparently all the way to Arkansas! 🤘

CREATIVITY & COFFEE. ☕🎨🐙

Two things that pretty much fuel Creative Disorder!

A little caffeine to wake up the brain, a little chaos to keep things interesting, and a whole lot of creativity in between. 😂

And while vehicle wraps are a big part of what we do, the creativity doesn’t stop there!

From custom apparel and decals to signs, personalized items, and just about anything else we can put a little Creative Disorder on, we’re always finding new ways to bring ideas to life.

Some people start their mornings with a plan.

I start mine with coffee and see where the creativity takes me! 😎

Here’s to another week of creativity, caffeine, and a little controlled chaos! 🤘

Happy Monday!

SOME THINGS ARE BETTER LEFT UNDER WRAPS. 👀🖤

Something a little different is taking shape here at Creative Disorder.

We’re trading the ordinary for a whole lot of satin black, and let’s just say this one is getting quite the transformation.

No flashy colors. No wild graphics. Just that smooth, stealthy satin finish that makes a statement without saying a word.

We’re not giving away too much just yet…

For now, we’re keeping this one UNDER WRAPS. Literally. 😂

The full reveal is coming. Stay tuned! 🔥
