Meta's updated commercial terms, taking effect November 20, give the company permission to scrape any website associated with a business account and use that content to train and improve its AI products. There is no opt-out. You either accept the terms or you stop using the platform.

We're pausing.

Voice Factory AI will be pausing activity on this page until Meta withdraws these terms or provides a meaningful opt-out for businesses. We didn't build our work to hand it over as free training data to a platform we pay to advertise on.

We're not the first to say this, and we won't be the last. If you have a business account on Facebook or Instagram, we'd encourage you to read the updated commercial terms before November 20 and decide where you stand.
