Day 1 at No-Code Days Florida 2026 ⚑

The Velvetech team has landed in Orlando, and the energy here is hard to miss. Hosted by Creatio, the event has brought together people who are actually building with AI, agents, and no-code technologies β€” and the conversations are already in full swing.

Stop by our booth and take the 60-second challenge.

Tell us about a process that's slowing your team down β€” the repetitive, manual, "there has to be a better way" kind. Just one paragraph. That's your entry.

In return, you'll have a chance to win a fully built AI agent designed around that exact challenge.

Sixty seconds. One real business problem. A working solution on the other side.

Come find us on the floor. πŸ‘‹

πŸ“Š Fragmented data is one of the most expensive problems an enterprise can have.

Not because of the technology cost, but because of what it takes from you quietly. Slow decisions, inaccurate reporting, unreliable AI models...πŸ“‰
Data fabric architecture is the remedy that leading enterprises swear by.
It acts as a unifying layer across your entire data landscape, connecting all your systems, sources, and environments.

And the cherry on top β€” stakeholders get the independence to access reliable data on their own. 🌟

In our latest article, we break down:

🟒 What data fabric is
🟒 How it's built
🟒 Where enterprises typically go wrong

Next week, the Velvetech team will be joining No-Code Days Florida by Creatio as an official sponsor!

The event runs June 11–13 and brings together people who are serious about AI agents, no-code automation, and where CRM and enterprise workflows are going next. It's the kind of conversation we enjoy being part of.

If you're attending, let's meet in Orlando!

Most enterprises treat data architecture as a post-migration task. Clean up the systems first, fix the data layer after. Our client chose to do both at once β€” and that decision defined the entire outcome.

5,000 orders a day. 50+ branches. A legacy IBM i infrastructure that had been running core operations for years, and an active migration away from it that couldn't slow down for a single hour. While the migration was running, the business still had to run.

That meant every data flow had to stay intact. Every report had to keep working. Every operational decision still needed reliable data behind it, even as the underlying systems were actively changing.

Instead of building the data foundation after the migration finished, we built it in parallel. A layered Data Fabric architecture designed to absorb continuous upstream changes without disrupting analytics or operations.
While legacy systems were being replaced, the new architecture was already ingesting, normalizing, and serving data from both old and new sources simultaneously.

The result of running both processes in parallel:
βœ… Full data visibility throughout the transition
βœ… Migration inconsistencies caught in near real time, before reaching operations
βœ… Legacy system changes never disrupted business reporting
βœ… Architecture is production-ready the moment migration is completed

The migration changed the systems. The parallel data foundation made sure the business never lost sight of what was happening across all of them.

That's what this approach actually buys you. Not just cleaner data. Operational confidence exactly when it's hardest to maintain.

πŸ“Š Traditional data governance costs enterprises up to several million dollars a year.

New hires, new platforms, new processes…. Yet, most of these programs still fail.

But here's the thing, your company is already governing data. It's just not formalized yet.
That's the whole idea behind non-invasive data governance:

β›” No disruption
β›” No extra hires
βœ… Just clarity
βœ… Structure built around what already works

In our latest article, we break down why enterprises are choosing a non-invasive data governance framework. Tap to read more πŸ‘‰https://hubs.ly/Q04jHm140

When a logistics company processes 5,000 orders a day across 50+ branches, data becomes the operational backbone every decision depends on.

The challenge our client faced wasn't unusual for an enterprise mid-transformation: fragmented data sources, no unified source of truth, critical business entities duplicated across systems, and an ongoing migration that couldn't afford even a single hour of downtime.

We designed and implemented an Enterprise Data Fabric and Integration Hub that ran in parallel with the migration. The architecture created a stable analytical backbone that could absorb continuous system changes without disrupting operations or reporting.

What that looked like in practice:
πŸš€ 288Γ— faster reporting: 3 days β†’ 15 mins
βš™οΈ Fragmented data sources unified into a single Integration Hub
βœ… 0% master data duplication across drivers, equipment, and assets
πŸ“Š 36+ manual reports replaced with automated Power BI dashboards
πŸ”„ Real-time bidirectional synchronization across all core systems
πŸ›‘οΈ Zero reporting downtime throughout the entire migration

Proper data architecture doesn't slow transformation down, but makes transformation possible without chaos.

05/29/2026

If you have an active Transportation Management System migration underway or are just planning the endeavor, there's one decision that determines whether you operate blind for the next 12–24 months.

When you intend to switch from one system to another, the first impulse is to focus on the migration itself, and sort out the data layer afterwards. Indeed, this logic makes sense β€” why build on an unstable foundation?

But this is exactly where most organizations get caught. While the migration is in progress (take note that the process might last for years), the business operates blindly. There is no way to verify that the new TMS is processing data correctly until errors surface in payroll, billing, or compliance reporting. By that point, fixing the damage is way too expensive.

We worked with a large logistics operator processing 3,000 to 5,000 orders daily, mid-migration from a legacy IBM i environment to multiple TMS platforms. Instead of deferring the data layer, we suggested the client build it in parallel with the migration, on the basis of Microsoft Fabric.

This turned the data warehouse into a live validation engine: new TMS output was continuously cross-checked against the IBM i baseline in near real-time, and migration errors were caught at the data layer before they reached operations.

The numbers:

- 288Γ— faster reporting, three days reduced to 15 minutes
- Zero downtime across the entire migration

But the more significant outcome was that the client never operated blind. At every point of the transition, data from both legacy and new systems flowed through the same pipeline - validated and reconciled. That visibility isn't possible when the data layer is deferred until the migration is finished; it's achievable only when it runs in parallel.

If you are currently mid-transformation and want to understand what your data architecture looks like from a risk perspective, we are ready to run a free audit.

🧠🦠 AI and biotech are laying the foundation for a truly intelligent healthcare ecosystem.

πŸ’Š Drug discovery, which used to take years, is down to months. Diagnostics are hitting 94% accuracy. And in silico trials are replacing animal testing with computational models trained on real patient data.

The opportunities are massive. So are the challenges, from data privacy to regulatory complexity to algorithm trustworthiness.

We broke it all down in our latest article: the strategic benefits, the pitfalls, and the trends every healthcare leader should have on their radar.
