But for Disability Resource and Accessibility Services offices, that extra year isn't a break. It's a window.
Think about every step a student takes through your office: intake forms, documentation uploads, accommodation letter requests, exam bookings, alternate format requests. Every one of those is digital content your institution is responsible for, even when it runs through a vendor platform. And the people using it are, by definition, students with disabilities.
A few things many offices don't realize:
