Have you seen this message!?! If so, don't dial that support number! This is a prime example of a social engineering scam. Once you call; the scammer will try to:
1. Convince you that you have viruses/hackers on your computer.
2. Convince you to download software that will allow them to take control of your pc.
3. Download all of your personal files without your knowledge.
3. Even setup unattended access so that they can come back anytime.

Solution:
If you come upon this popup, don't call the number; just exit out of the page by clicking the red x on your tab or on the top right of the browser. If you don't see the red x click F11 to exit full screen mode and then locate the red x.

If you or a loved one has fallen victim to this scam, contact your bank and follow their instructions for securing your account. Cleaning your pc of any viruses and left over programs from the event is also key to keeping those accounts and your files secure.
