"For what is believed to be the first time, a court has ruled that failure to make a website accessible to people with disabilities violated the Americans with Disabilities Act."

We've built ADA compliant websites—and it takes a fair bit of work. While this ruling was against Winn Dixie and their 500 grocery stores instead of a small business, it's certainly something to keep an eye on!

For what is believed to be the first time, a court has ruled that failure to make a website accessible to people with disabilities violated the Americans with Disabilities Act.

"Mobilegeddon" was 2 days ago. Google is now using 'whether your website is mobile-friendly' as a factor influencing your MOBILE search engine rankings. Certainly not a big deal to many small businesses, but something to consider. Check your website out - does Google think it's mobile-friendly? https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/
