Extending internet connectivity from clients home to 100+acre

Set up a point to point bridge network for a client. He needed a wired and wireless network connection by his irrigation equipment.

We installed an outdoor network box, switch, outdoor wireless access point and a bridge that connected from the outside of his house to the outdoor network box located at his irrigation equipment approximately 1000 feet out. This gives him not only an internet bridge from the house to the irrigation equipment but also a broadcasted wireless internet connection where he can use his laptop, phone etc.

He also wanted the ability to setup a drone station where he can fly it over his 100+ acre property.

Residential Network Install:

Low Voltage Cat6 cabling throughout the home.
12U wall mounted Network Rack.

(9) Wireless Access Pointers on all 3 levels of the home.

Installed home network rack for a clients new home that was being built in Leland, Michigan.

We ran network cable throughout her house for wireless access points and tv locations.

Client had a cottage next to her new house that was being built. Cloent saod she was paying charter spectrum for Internet service for the cottage and the new house.

We told her we could connect her cottage to the house, so that she didn’t have to pay for two cable modems and pay two monthly Internet bills.

We ran a cable from the house that was being built to the cottage. Installing a network switch as well as a wireless access point so they would be able to enjoy wireless internet not only in the house but the cottage as well.

Although fiber internet wasn’t available at her residence she was told by Point Broadband Fiber that it would be available later in the year in 2026.

So we ran conduit from the outside of the house back to the mechanical room where the network rack is so that when fiber internet is available it will be easy for the fiber technician to pull the fiber to the network rack.

Many home owner dont realize that services like this are available.
