I received a call from a repeat customer. She was having modem issues. I went out, checked the system out, called the ISP and they issued and shipped her a new modem. I will be going out there today to swap it and call the ISP for her. She said "you dont haven't come all the way out here, I'll call GeekSquad"... No, Evelyn, you won't.

There has been a lot of buzz on the internet regarding credit card fraud and skimmers. We made an image that breaks down what to look for when visiting these credit card skimmers. The "skin" that fits over the existing debit reader will have a fatter profile as well as no status light in the top left, the buttons will not be backlit and the stylus will most likely not fit in the holder like it should. If you spot one of these inform the cashier to get a manager, take pictures of it and email the FBI.

Here we have a small computer case with 3 - Western Digital 2tb hard drives for storage and a 128GB Solid State Drive for a couple programs and the Operating System. This system is small enough to put behind a couch, bookshelf or end table to be out of site and out of mind except for when you need access to your files, documents, movies or music. With an available wireless adapter you don't need to have anything hooked to it except power.
