Innovation Tech

Innovation Tech Welcome to Innovation Tech High School Interacting and working with others in a group will give us advantages in the outside business world.

“BE CREATIVE, BE INNOVATIVE”

Four pillars
-Project based learning
A way to learn traditional subjects in a non-traditional way. Much collaboration and teamwork is used in Project Based Learning. PBL is a creative and interesting way to learn and teach.

-Business Partnerships
Innovation Tech is all about business partnerships and how we use the outside community with our projects. Many of our successful projects have an outside partnership. Each year we involve ourselves with many business partnerships that gives us a great learning opportunity and real life experience.

-Advisory
Each student class has a group of facilitators as an advisor. Advisory is an opportunity to catch up on innovation tech plans and events.

-Community Service
Here at Innovation Tech community service is a way we give back. Each student must have 100 hours to graduate. Students must have community service hours, and each student does get the opportunity to get Community Service hours.

Senior students had the opportunity to sign up and attend Onondaga Community College’s Open House!

Students browsed through the information fair to learn about programs and opportunities on campus. They connected with faculty and learned about student life. Then, they took a tour of the campus to see for themselves what life at OCC could be!

Thank you to Onondaga Community College for hosting us. A special thank you to our guide, Toni Jones, for such an informational tour!

Today our English 12 students welcomed guest speaker, Mr. Ritz, from Arcovo AI!

Mr. Ritz taught them about how different types of A.I. function, job opportunities in the industry, and about the future of this rapidly advancing technology. Students were then able to ask him questions they have been compiling over the last few weeks.

Thank you, Mr. Ritz, and Arcovo AI for sharing your knowledge with our students!
