Meet Made Wright B**r Co., a new brewery opening soon in Escondido, California. I loved working on this project, not only for the design direction, but for the heart behind it. Made Wright is centered on the simple things done well. Quality ingredients, classic b**r styles, & a welcoming place for friends and family to gather. The identity was designed to carry that same feeling. At its center, an M + W monogram comes together around a hop— creating a distinctive mark that feels rooted in the craft.

Getting to help shape a vision like this before its doors have even opened is one of my favorite parts of the work.

In case we haven’t met, I’m Kristen, the founder and designer behind Bellberry Lane, a woman-owned studio specializing in logo design, brand identity, and website design. Since 2011, we’ve partnered with emerging & established businesses across industries & oceans to craft brands people remember.

Fifteen years later, the work is still guided by a deep respect for the people brave enough to build something of their own and the stories that brought them there. The long-held ideas, new beginnings, family businesses, & next chapters that deserve to be remembered.

Keeping the studio intentionally small makes room for a more thoughtful way of working, one that listens closely, gets to know your business, and understands what matters most to the people behind it. The goal is a brand that supports where you are now & gives you a lasting foundation for everything that comes next.

Whether you’re building something, dreaming it up, or simply here because you love design, I’m glad you’re here.

Outside of the studio, I’m a mom & lifelong creative who loves making things by hand. I’m drawn to hobbies that pull me away from the screen. These days, that looks like time behind the camera, carving linocut blocks, painting sketches, rockhounding on long walks, or days spent on the water.

The website for Society House is live! 🥰

Society House was created for the moments that bring people together— coffee dates, finding your new favorite book, or celebrating an occasion worth remembering. The branding + website were designed to bring that vision to life with a warm identity & an online experience that feels every bit as thoughtful as the space itself.

The brand identity was designed to feel like stepping into a forgotten archive. Brand identity + website design are currently in the works for Society House— a bookstore, cafe, & gathering space opening this fall in Valdosta, Georgia.
There’s something so special about helping a new business take shape from the very beginning. Projects like this are exactly why I love what I do: creating thoughtful, strategic branding that helps a business feel established, intentional, & ready to welcome people in.

So grateful to be one of five finalists in the Bridgeport Seawalk logo design contest.

The & are building a 20-mile Seawalk on the Bridgeport waterfront, an incredible project for the community & coastline.

Inspired by a quiet walk along the shoreline. The “B” represents Bridgeport & anchors the mark, while a subtle pathway forms an “S” for Seawalk.
