Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile expenses to the general ledger.

Calculate and post receipts to appropriate general ledger accounts and verify details of transactions, such as funds received and total account balances.
Prepare monthly receivable statements, Compile and sort documents, prepare and post invoices and credit and debit memos, make copies of all checks, complete deposit slips and make bank deposits.

Work with collections personnel to verify status of delinquent accounts and solicit payments on overdue accounts.
Provide backup support to other groups in the accounting department, type periodic reports and perform other general administrative duties.

Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, Work under immediate supervision and Typically report to a supervisor or the manager.

The Systems Analyst solves organizational information problems by analyzing requirements, designing systems, improving processes, and recommending system controls and protocols. The Systems Analyst additionally has responsibilities related to analyzing requirements, designing systems, improving processes, and recommending system controls and protocols. The Systems Analyst will use their strong problem-solving skills and business acumen to analyze, visualize, infer, and deliver business intelligence The analyst will work closely with internal and external clients to provide efficient and effective technical support.

Duties:

· Ensure manual process are completed timely while simultaneously developing an automated replacement.

· Maintains knowledge of systems including Collection Master, SQL, SSRS, Microsoft Office.

· Gains full understanding of operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

· Able to identify, analyze and understand when and why exception reports are produced by client and coordinate with other Eaton Group personnel to find a positive systemic resolution.

· Learn to utilize all Eaton Group software and enhance ability to use automated processes.

· Able to identify, analyze and understand when and why exception reports are produced and coordinate with other Eaton Group personnel to develop a programmatic resolution.

· Identify emails received through Client Services inbox and work in a timely manner or escalate when necessary.

· Act as a liaison between Administration/IT/Accounting/Legal on tickets received through Client Services email.

· Learning standard procedures as outlined in the work manual.

· Document solutions and processes by constructing flow charts, diagrams, and technical manuals.

· Analyze data and systems to rehabilitate or create effective process for the automation of client requests and deliverables.

· Take a proactive approach to business development by making recommendations, identifying process gaps and reacting to new opportunities.

· Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.

· Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

· Other tasks as deemed necessary.

Requirements

Understanding of Server Side Rendered components.

Good understanding of working with REST & GraphQL . The desire to jump into Full Stack Development when necessary is a Plus
Familiarity with Modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Proficiency with Design Patterns for front end development
Experience with PWA and loosely coupled apps built with Pub/Sub.
Experience with frameworks like Xstate preferred

The successful candidate will have skills and experience to work as an engineer of web applications and back-end server functionality. RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, document, develop, test and deploy new products/features.
Operate at all levels of the stack - starting from the front end code our customers see all the way down to the REST endpoints, backend business logic and the infrastructure.
Share ownership of the product.
Implement best development practices including continuous integration, test automation, data backup and recovery, etc.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

back-end development experience in GO/C++/NodeJS.
years front-end development
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with web frameworks: ReactJS, VueJS or Angular.
Experience with databases: SQL and/or NoSQL.
Experience with Web APIs (web workers, canvas, fetch, etc.).
Strong working knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Unix shell scripting: grep, sed, awk, bash, etc.
BS degree, or College Diploma in Computer Science or related.
