Going back looking at my only 1 star rating in 6 years of doing business. Mind you this person's girlfriend was texting me on a different thread posted as the last picture and shared it with her boyfriend. Then the girlfriend told me that they were not interested in getting the computer chair. Being it was my last one it sold right away as I do not hold small purchase items due to high volume of customer no show. I never sold this person anything yet still he decided to rate me because of his bad or lack there of communication with his girlfriend. Although this happened in 2020 I felt the need to clarify this for future potential buyers. Thanks for hearing our side of the story.
