Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Representative
Assist customers with requests in-store and on the phone
Maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays
Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
Deliver outstanding customer service to each customer that comes in
Troubleshoot problems for customers
Contribute to the team's daily sales goals
Requirements of the Retail Sales Representative
1 - 2 years of Sales or Customer service experience
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Objection handling
Basic math skills
Bilingual (Preferred)
