Please join me in congratulating Julia Marilley for being Luck Grove’s Employee Spotlight for the month of December!

Julia was an early addition to the Tampa team as the Office Administrator, a role in which she continuously exceeds expectations. With her primary responsibilities being to ensure the office and the employees within it operate in a smooth and professional manner, she has still found the capacity to become an outstanding member of the local Compliance team to assist in operations as well. Julia strives for nothing but excellence in the variety of her responsibilities and the additional tasks she takes on, which has proven that she is an invaluable asset to the Tampa Office and Luck Grove as a whole.

Please join me in congratulating Vincent Romano for being Luck Grove’s Employee Spotlight for the month of November! In his time at Luck Grove, Vincent has trained over 25 fielders, created a smooth workflow within his crews, and has motivated his fielders to work at a thorough, but rapid pace, to ensure all of their completion dates are completed in a timely manner. He was promoted to the Crew Lead position, where he has taken on a great deal of responsibilities, in addition to his field work, and continues to perform these tasks at the highest level. Vincent has gone above and beyond expectations, traveling to multiple states to alleviate additional crews, as well as taking the initiative by helping others when it is necessary. Vincent is calm under pressure, organized, a great team leader and communicator, setting an outstanding example for all of Luck Grove. So please take a moment out of your day to show your respect and support to Luck Grove’s November Employee Spotlight, Vincent Romano.

Please join me in congratulating Liz Snow for being Luck Grove’s Employee Spotlight for the month of October! Liz has been with the Permitting Department from its initial days and has now grown to a Project Lead, overseeing all projects within one of our key markets. Her extensive background in GIS has allowed the department to research and gather all relevant information for our projects to be completed. On Top of her research, drafting, and training, Liz has also been effectively communicating with our clients and municipalities to ensure all needs are being met. Luck Grove is so thankful for our Connecticut fielding team, without them we would not be able to achieve the level of operational proficiency we have in the state. To show our gratitude we sent out some team members from our home office for a day of go-karting and dinner!
