We hosted former Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn for an inspiring fireside chat, celebrated the Grand Opening of our newest community SeaFlower, and gained fresh insights on the future of master-planned communities at Zonda’s Future Place conference in Dallas.

We had the exclusive opportunity to tour Seaire, the newest Lagoon community by MetroPlaces. Joining VIP Realtors, we explored the stunning Lagoon using cutting-edge augmented reality. AR brings future amenities to life, making it easier for your audience to envision and fall in love with your new home community.

MetroLagoons are not only the hottest community amenity for homebuyers but have turned into a "must-do" experience for the entire Tampa region. Congrats MetroLagoons!

The man-made lagoons could be an alternative for families who can't make a day trip to one of the Tampa Bay area's beaches. Plus, there's a swim-up bar for adults.

Shining a light on SeaFlower, a brand-new destination along Florida’s Gulf Coast. Situated on 1,175 acres of land that once served as a family flower farm, SeaFlower is an in-fill, mixed-use project, unlike anything in the region. We are delighted to help our client as they bring the first phase of this exciting MPC to life. Keep following and SEA for yourself.
