This 2025 Road Glide received a complete front-and-rear audio upgrade with:

Cicada Audio CM65X 6.5" fairing mid-bass speakers
Cicada RR075T ring-radiator horns
Cicada Road Glide grilles
DS18 ION1600.4D 4-channel amplifier
Cerwin-Vega 6x9 cut-in saddlebag lid kit
Cicada 24HDRO rear speaker harness

The full install covers fairing audio, cutting the factory saddlebag lids, speaker prep, wiring, crimping, heat shrink, battery connections, amplifier setup, output-voltage verification, reassembly, and final system checks.

Clean custom work on this Can-Am Spyder build.

Ryan took a stock tweeter pod and created a clone designed to hold Cicada Audio RR05T horn tweeters. That gives us a cleaner way to add upgraded high frequency output while keeping the install layout tight and well thought out.

Sometimes the small fabrication details are what make a build come together.

Do you actually need an A2B module for your 23.5+ CVO or 2024+ Harley audio upgrade? 🤔🔊

If you keep the factory Rockford amplifier, you can still add aftermarket amplification with the right integration hardware.

Should you put polyfill inside Harley-Davidson speaker pods? 🔊🏍️

Yes — when it’s used correctly.

Polyfill can help manage internal reflections, reduce standing-wave energy, and slightly increase the apparent acoustic volume inside small sealed speaker pods.

But more is not better.

The enclosure size, speaker design, crossover point, amplifier power, ventilation, and final DSP tuning all matter.

Another 23.5+ Harley audio upgrade finished.

We went with Euphoria XPERT EX6NCD-CFv2 6.5s in the fairing, a Cerwin Vega cut-in lid setup with ST69CX 6x9s and tweeters, and two SounDigital 800.4 amplifiers.

For factory integration we used a NAV-TV ZEN-H Pro.

Better front stage.
More output from the lids.
Real amplifier power.
Proper integration with the factory system.

Clean and easy loud and clear but not overbearing!
