If you've ever cracked open the SharePoint admin center at 10pm to fix something "real quick," you already know the feeling. Bright white screen. Full blast. Like someone turned on the kitchen light at 2am.

Microsoft finally fixed it. Dark mode is coming to the SharePoint admin center.

No settings change. No impact on your end users. No prep work. Just a toggle in the top right corner that makes the thing match every other Microsoft 365 portal you already have in dark mode. Consistency. Finally.

It's not a feature that's going to make your quarterly numbers look better. But small quality-of-life wins stack up. Less eye strain for your admins. Less jarring context switching between portals. A slightly more pleasant experience for the people keeping your systems running after hours.
