Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Data Analyst/Technical Writer/Business Analyst.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, solution assessment, testing, quality assurance, and change management.
This role demands excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of documentation standards and conventions. Proficiency in Office 365 and exceptional writing skills are essential, along with keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate and adapt within a dynamic work environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth data analysis to support business decision-making.
Develop, document, and maintain solutions, tests, and quality assurance processes.
Manage change effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Create and maintain technical documentation to the highest standards.
Collaborate with various teams to understand and meet documentation needs.
Essential Qualifications for Subject Expert in Dashboards:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
Demonstrated expertise in dashboard and BI reporting design, documentation, maintenance, implementation, upgrades, and dataset modeling from various data sources.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau; additional experience is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Tableau, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design, including the ability to create mockups and prototypes of BI models.
Experience in system design, documentation, maintenance, implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting, including at least 6 months of experience with Qlik.
Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL), especially in MS SQL Server and Oracle environments.
Familiarity with the full software development cycle, including programming, documentation policies, testing, and release processes.
Ability to interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.
Up-to-date with current data visualization standards and quality coding practices.
Technical Skill Requirements:
Advanced skills in data modeling, wrangling, aggregation, manipulation, and performance optimization.
Strong proficiency in Tableau and similar data visualization tools, such as Power BI.
Expertise in data and BI analytics.
Advanced SQL skills, with a strong foundation in SQL querying.
