Buildstudio has changed.
When I started this project, I thought I was building websites.
Somewhere along the way, I realized that technology is only a tool. The people behind the work matter much more.
The real goal is to help people know who stands behind the work they use.
A family workshop.
A neighborhood store.
A machine shop.
A craftsman who has spent years mastering a trade.
Their work deserves to be seen.
The people behind it deserve to be known.
That is why Buildstudio now focuses on websites for American doers — people who create, repair, build, grow, and keep their communities running every day.
The website has been completely updated to reflect this idea and now includes three demonstration projects showing what that approach can look like in practice.

If you have a few minutes, I'd really appreciate your honest first impression.
Is it clear who Buildstudio is for — and why?
Clear, human websites for small businesses, makers, and local companies.
