Stricklen Solutions Our trainers are also application developers. Our typical solution uses Excel as the interface (the client) and Access as the database (the server).

We offer Excel, Access, and VBA training and development, as well as all the other Office programs with Microsoft Certified Courseware and customizable content. We know and teach all of the Microsoft Office products — including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint — but we specialize in Microsoft Excel, Access and VBA training and development. Most of our clients don't know Access, or want to,

but they're very comfortable with Excel. So we usually place the Access database in a shared folder and use VBA code stored in the Excel workbook to retrieve, update, and append data. And we make all this easy by providing a custom ribbon tab, or worksheet controls like buttons and combo-boxes. Our signature courses are the Introduction to VBA classes for both Excel and Access.
