Lincoln High School has provided the following information regarding No Cell Phones Bell to Bell.

"We want to clarify an update to our cell phone expectations for this school year.

"The information previously shared in our letter did not reflect the updated policy approved by the ISD 564 School Board. The main idea of No Cell Phones Bell-to-Bell remains in place. However, under the updated policy: Personal cell phones must be stored in student lockers during the school day unless otherwise directed by administration or needed for approved medical reasons. This means there will be no phone caddies in classrooms this year.

"Students should leave their personal cell phones in their lockers rather than bringing them to class. Students may check their phones between bells and use them during free periods or lunch, but phones should remain stored away during instructional time.

"We appreciate your partnership and support as we work to minimize distractions, increase student engagement, and create a stronger learning environment for all students. Thank you for helping us communicate and reinforce this expectation clearly and consistently with our students."
