When customer service training sticks, it changes how teams think.

We recently spent time in Olympia training Justin's team at Pioneer Telephone Company on customer service excellence. Justin reached out to say the class resonated, and now he's doubling down by sharing the key takeaways with the rest of his organization.

That's the kind of ripple effect we're after. Training that people want to implement across their entire team.

One insight from the session hit particularly hard: 70% of customers will stop doing business with a company due to poor customer service interactions. That statistic shifts how you think about every conversation your team has.
