Shipping is through the USPS. Which you’ll be provided with a tracking #. We usually ship ALL items FLAT RATE PRIORITY (2-3 business days once an item is shipped) First Class is an option. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to purchase items. All you need is a VALID email, and I can email an invoice safely through PayPal. Click on the invoice. After receiving via email, then all you do is "CLICK” on view and pay an invoice, it opens up your invoice online. Click "PAY INVOICE" and it gives you the option to log in to PayPal which you don't need to do, “CLICK” on “PAY” with debit or credit card. It's that simple! and the safest way to purchase items online. Refunds & Exchanges:
