No tricks, just a whole lot of team spirit! Our Signarama crew got into the Halloween fun with some great costumes and even better company. Happy Halloween!

The team tackled the most important question of the season: What is your favorite Halloween candy? What treats are you reaching for first from the bowl this Halloween?

Showing the trade in real time!

Dylan, our Vinyl & Engraving Manager, walks through why MFG Day matters so much to our team: giving students an up-close look at our printers, substrates, and everyday shop processes. There is nothing quite like watching their curiosity spark when they see how ideas turn into finished signage.

His advice for anyone stepping into a career? Find work you truly enjoy most of the time, stay curious, and keep learning.

Faded graphics. Burned-out letters. A sign nobody can read. 👻

Now THAT’S scary.

If your signage has seen better days, we can help bring your business back to life.

Company-wide alignment in action!

We just wrapped up our monthly Town Hall meeting, bringing the whole crew together to celebrate recent wins, review areas for improvement, and set clear goals for the weeks ahead. These check-ins are a core part of our culture, keeping every department connected, engaged, and moving in the same direction.

Great energy, open discussions, and full team participation make all the difference.

Opening doors and sparking curiosity!

Courtney from our team shared what makes Manufacturing Day so rewarding: welcoming local high school students into the facility to explore real career paths and show them the business and craft behind sign manufacturing. Seeing them walk in curious and leave inspired by the industry is what it is all about.

One location can require a lot more than one sign.

Exterior identification. Window graphics. Interior branding. Directional and ADA signage.

The best result is when it all works together — one business, one brand, every touchpoint.

Hearing firsthand what MFG Day is all about!

Madeline joined us from OSTC for Manufacturing Day to explore the shop and get real, hands-on experience, from testing out vehicle wrap applications to learning the sign-making process up close. Her biggest takeaway? Ask questions, stay curious, and see where modern trades can take you.

We love hosting local students and showing what goes on behind the scenes in commercial signage.
