What "Expert Tech Help with Heart" actually looks like:

❤️ We offer free technology education on every service call — not just fixing the problem, but teaching you so it doesn't happen again.

❤️ We give honest repair-vs-replace assessments — we'll tell you when a $60 upgrade beats a $600 computer.

❤️ We support Tucson nonprofits with discounted IT services, because mission-driven organizations deserve good tech too.

❤️ We contribute to organizations like Community Food Bank, NAMI Southern Arizona, Humane Society of Southern Arizona, Uniting Arizona, and TMC Foundation.

❤️ We answer the phone like a neighbor, not a call center.

If you've worked with us, we'd love your review on Google — it helps us serve more people in Tucson.

And if you haven't tried us yet — give us a call. We'd love to earn your trust. 📞 520-524-2130 | loveitservices.com

Love IT Services was built on a simple belief: technology is better when it makes people's lives easier and helps people be happier.

When Paul Garcia founded Love IT Services in Tucson, the goal wasn't just to fix computers. It was to change the experience people have when they need tech help — to replace the frustration and confusion with patience, education, and genuine care.

Over the years, that mission has grown. We now serve residents, small businesses, and nonprofits across Tucson. We provide discounted services to select nonprofits. We've supported the Community Food Bank, NAMI of Southern Arizona, the Humane Society, and other local causes.

We believe in Tucson. We believe in the people here. And we believe that good technology support — like good community — should be accessible to everyone.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us. ❤️

5-step small business disaster recovery starter plan:

🚨 Step 1 — Inventory your critical systems. List every system your business can't operate without: email, CRM, accounting software, client files, website.

🚨 Step 2 — Define your RTO. How long can your business survive without each system? 1 hour? 1 day? 1 week? That defines your backup and recovery requirements.

🚨 Step 3 — Implement the 3-2-1 backup rule for every critical system. (3 copies, 2 storage types, 1 offsite/cloud)

🚨 Step 4 — Document your recovery steps. Who does what when disaster strikes? Write it down. Store a copy offsite and in the cloud.

🚨 Step 5 — Test your recovery. Quarterly: restore a file from backup. Annually: simulate a full system recovery. If you've never tested it, you don't know if it works.

What happens to your business if your server room floods, your office burns down, or ransomware hits on a Monday morning?

Most small businesses don't have an answer to that question. Disaster recovery planning isn't just for enterprises — any business that depends on data, systems, or connectivity needs a plan for when the worst happens.

The goal of a disaster recovery plan isn't to prevent disasters — it's to define exactly how fast you can get back to operating. That number is called your Recovery Time Objective (RTO). Businesses that define and plan for their RTO survive disasters. Those that don't often don't.

At Love IT Services, we build practical disaster recovery plans for small businesses — not 200-page corporate documents, but clear, actionable playbooks that actually get used.

If your main computer died right now, how long until you're back to work?

Most small businesses don't budget for IT — until something breaks.

Reactive IT spending is almost always more expensive than proactive. An emergency data recovery costs $500–3,000. A ransomware attack can cost $10,000–100,000+. A server replacement with no warning costs 3x what a planned replacement would. Emergency IT calls cost more per hour than scheduled maintenance.

Industry benchmarks suggest small businesses should allocate 3–6% of revenue to IT. Most spend less than 1% — and they wonder why technology always feels like a crisis.

At Love IT Services, we help clients build realistic IT budgets that prevent the big emergencies and keep daily operations running smoothly.

What's your business spending on IT — and is it proactive or reactive?

VPN recommendations — and what to avoid:

✅ RECOMMENDED:

🔒 Proton VPN (free tier) — Swiss-based, no-logs policy, audited. Free tier is genuinely usable. Best free VPN available. proton.me/vpn

🔒 Mullvad VPN ($5/month) — Anonymous, accepts cash payment, excellent privacy record. No account required.

🔒 NordVPN ($4–5/month) — Popular, fast, good for general use. Verified no-logs policy.

⚠️ AVOID:
• Free VPNs from unknown providers — many sell your browsing data
• "100% anonymous" claims — no VPN can guarantee this
• VPNs that log your activity (read the privacy policy)

Do you NEED a VPN?
• Remote workers using public Wi-Fi: YES
• Home users on private network: Nice to have, not critical
• Business teams with remote access: Strongly recommended

Need help deploying a business VPN? We handle that. 📞 520-524-2130
