Christmas Gifting Season is Here!

It is the Christmas Gifting Season, and I am looking for Parents of Seniors going to college next school year. A nice computer is a perfect gift for this Senior Student. Last year I counseled two parents with Seniors and delivered to them “Better Than New, Better for You” completely done-over new computers.

We still have time to order this computer at cost and perform the “Better Than New, Better For You” Service. Know anyone with a senior in their family? Introduce their parents to me and we will “gift” their child with a gift they will never forget!

How Do We “Safety First” Your Computer Systems?

The Good News is that computers are connected to the world. The Bad News is that computers are connected to ALL the world, including malicious evil people. At the least you might get annoying ads. At the worst you could have bank accounts stolen or computers locked up and held for ransom.

We help you “Safety First” your computer systems, giving you peace of mind and helping your systems work at their best. What does “Safety First” look like?

1. “Up to date” Infrastructure - internet service, Router, cables
2. Computers that have not been “obsoleted”
3. Current supported and updated operating systems
4. All Apps updated
5. Garbage and temporary files cleaned out
6. Current backups in at least two and preferably three places
7. Customer information files and credit card information encrypted
8. Strong passwords or a password manager
9. Encrypted Remote Support Service
10. Free Consultations, Questions, and Informative articles

With our “Safety First” service I visit your computer via Remote once a quarter. All ten items above will be checked. This service will cost $75.00 per quarter.
Other services needed? Discounts will be taken from bill each time!

Do You Know Anyone Still Using Windows 7?

After 10 years, support for Windows 7 ended on January 14, 2020, 2 ½ years ago. Using Windows 7 now is a security gamble. Yet it is being continued to be used, perhaps because of familiarity, or because of having a high-cost niche program that will not work in later versions.

I am looking for businesses that continue to use Windows 7 for whatever reason. I can help them continue to use Windows 7. Solo Health and Wellness businesses would be a good place to check. The question to ask is, “I know a guy who can help you continue to use your Windows 7 computer safely in 2022. He will give you a no charge consult. Can I have him call you”?

Do You Know Anyone Who is Confused about their Computer?

Computers and Smartphones may be perfectly obvious to someone in their 20’s who has had technology almost since they were born, but what about people over 60? They may need hands on training in order to “get it”.

I am looking for senior citizens who keep forgetting their passwords and need to call someone for help, or have some other confusing need. Don will sit down with them in person or by phone and help them get to square one. Then we will work together so they will not have the problem in the future. “I’m So Confused” doesn’t have to be their mantra any more.

Damaged Notebook Computer Exposed!

This notebook owned by a health practitioner was dropped from about 4 feet and came apart. Our job will be to check for damage, put it back together, and get it working again. At the very least, the patient data on the NOT BACKED UP hard drive will be backed up if the drive is still ok.

Do you know solo practice practitioners? I would like to be introduced to them, so I can share how they can increase their productivity and do what they really want to do, Patient Care. I want to be their partner and keep their computer systems up and in compliance.

FLASH!! Unit was not badly damaged, and it now Cleaned up, Updated, working faster, and totally backed up!

How Do You Protect Your Customer’s Data

Recently an Insurance Agency was robbed of all their computers and File cabinets. Were these customer files protected? That hasn’t been determined yet. It was announced that they will be going to each agent, making them prove that Customer Information is secure.

Securing your customer Data before it is stolen needs to be proactive. We have a presentation that we can share with you. I would love to share with Independent Insurance Agents, Alternative Health Care Practitioners, small businesses who need their customer data safeguarded, and non-profits who need donor data safeguarded. We will be sharing our presentation on May 5, 2022 at BNI Copper Connections zia Zoom. Find out more by contacting us. Have a beautiful day!

“Safety First” Includes Removing the Garbage

Every single computer in the world creates garbage files in the background. The longer between cleanups, the bigger the pile! AND, there are many places in a computer that garbage files can hide. “Safety First” finds these places and safely removes the garbage before it does permanent damage to your data.

When the garbage is removed, we usually see a 15%-20% increase in performance as well as making the computer run better and safer. This is very satisfying for me when I see increases in safety and productivity.

I am looking to serve anyone whose computer is acting sluggish, and may also show unwanted notifications, etc. This service is available by remote anywhere in the world, as long as you can get on the internet.
