The Reality Of Cameras In An Increasingly Uncertain World

Security cameras, technology and information access are bigger deals every day for education and business. Having the ability for school police (college, trade, high school, middle school and especially elementary school) to monitor and have some semblance of control means safer students, safer officers and lower costs because they can better control resources. This is what the cloud-based cameras can assist with. With schools coming into a break for the Summer this is an ideal time for schools and businesses to rethink their approach to the entire security conversation.

Arizona Sound & Light is an emerging technology company that brings a unique solution to each individual challenge we are given. Early in my career when my team was tasked with developing the Tomahawk Cruise Missile, there wasn’t a product on a shelf we could use. Our team had to create the solution to build the product. As a rocket scientist I learned early on to give up on the “one size fits all” mentality. We had to think outside of the box while simultaneously designing a new box.

Adapting to the 2024 security questions will not be different. There is not a single solution that answers every question. The needs of the Campus Police in a downtown setting like the University of Arizona are vastly different than the needs of an elementary school in a remote location. The same difference applies to a business that handles anything financial like a bank and a business close by that manufactures things like a Raytheon. Unique challenges will require unique and workable solutions.

We work with our sales consultants and installers on recognizing your unique needs and designing a system to accomplish those goals. Yes, you read that correctly – that’s a 32-inch Ascendo subwoofer! This photo was taken while standing in line for the Trinnov/Ascendo/Barco/Kaleidescape demo at CEDIA. This high-end demo showed a $1M+ system with 43 discreet speaker channels in a 13.24.6 configuration. Twenty-four 21-inch subwoofers really made for some powerful bass. Absolutely amazing!
