We offer free diagnostics!! We charge $60 for simple fixes and $100 for more complicated repairs, $45 for computer password change/removal. We also make service calls out to your house or business.
$70/hour for residential service calls.
$85/hour for business service calls. If you have any questions for us about our rates/policies or anything else, feel free to give us a call.

Changing your information
When changing your information with your emails and your phone numbers please make sure that you change all of your recovery options. If you have an old email make sure that your recovery information has your current information phone numbers and recovery email addresses. Just because you have changed information in life dosent mean your information has changed electronically.

J and S Computers will be unavailable on Thursday and Friday, April 24th and 25th, for a vacation. The doors will still be open, and The Cell Phone Guy will still be here from 10-5 for computer drop-offs and pickups. We will resume normal hours on Monday, April 28th. You can also call us and leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
