I was doing my best to explain the difference between Google Ads and Facebook Ads to Jonni at PB Adjusting LLC ...
And honestly, this gets way more complicated than it needs to be.
**Google = people already looking for help.**
“My s**t is damaged. I need help.”
“My adjuster sucks.”
“My insurance company sucks.”
That’s bottom-funnel intent.
They’re already searching, so Google helps PB Adjusting show up when they need them.
**Facebook = creating demand + retargeting.**
Someone might not need a public adjuster today, but we can introduce them to PB Adjusting so they know who to call when they do.
Then there’s retargeting.
They visited the website. Looked around. Didn’t call.
Facebook gives us another shot at getting in front of them.
So, plain English:
**Google captures existing demand.**
**Facebook creates demand and stays in front of people who aren’t ready yet.**
Neither is “better.”
They’re just doing different jobs.
