In a moment of complete loss of inhibition yesterday I downloaded a little app called TikTok and now I feel A G E D (said: Age-ed). Still going to give it a shot though because if you’re making video content for Reels anyway you may as well cross promote it to all the socials. That’s my busy moms marketing hack of the day 👌
FB, IG, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube shorts… seems like things are getting a little outta hand tbh and we entrepreneurs have to work to stay relevant but not burnout 😵‍💫 There’s a handy little printable social media strategy kit in our shop that can help! (product linked on this post) 🚐

A *very* long overdue check in/update since it’s been months: We had a baby last week! Her name is Meadow Blake and we are so in love and soaking up all the newborn bliss. 🥰

During my pregnancy I felt pulled to give pause to the way I’ve been working and building this business for the past 8 years. It has been the most refreshing and freeing few months, giving me precious time with my kids as we made some big adjustments in our family. It has inspired me to rediscover my love of art, explore new mediums, and create simply for the love of creating again- something that many creatives know can get lost when our art becomes more work than an act of expression ✨ It is incredible to find that meaning again.

We moved out of our home in the woods and back to a house in the city. It’s not the change I would have ultimately chosen for our lives, but it is just a bittersweet chapter, and I know it will make the next part of our story and our homesteading journey that much sweeter.

The online shop has been closed and I don’t have plans currently to reopen, but we are looking into options for local vending/wholesaling the remaining product we have in stock.

So that’s pretty much it! If you are local and looking for discounted AstroBarn items I’ll be sure to make an announcement when we have a solid plan in place for where to purchase. And shoot me a DM for wholesale inquiries 😘
